This beginner yoga class will stress the importance of posture, alignment, and breathing. The health benefits of yoga are numerous and can reduce stress in everyday life. Application to daily life is also discussed. Students must provide their own yoga/exercise mat and wear loose fitting clothing to move freely through the poses.
