Teaching Positions

Carpentry Instructor

FT position, grades 9-12.  Interested parties should have four to six years of recent substantial carpentry experience.  PA vocational instructional certificate or willingness to pursue coursework toward PA teacher certification required.  Submit letter of interest, resume, standard application (located at www.carboncti.org), credentials, copy of certificate, two letters of reference, (Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 Clearances required upon hire) to: Administrative Director; Carbon Career & Technical Institute, 150 West 13^th Street, Jim Thorpe, PA  18229.  Position open until filled.  EOE

Substitute Teachers

Valid PA Teacher Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree required.  English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Phys.
